  • Cosmetic products must be returned within 3 days of receiving the item.

  2. Provide:

    • Product Image
    • Reason for Return
  3. Wait for our team to approve your return request.
  4. Send the item back to the address provided by our team (shipping at customer’s cost unless damaged item).

💸 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund will be made via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
